Larry Torson of Dodge City, Kansas is shown here in his pink Hudson powered rail.  The 322.7 cu. in., 6-cylinder Hudson Hornet engine had been built by Torson’s father.  Larry drove racing cars from the mid-1950s through the 1969 racing season – David Ross collection
