This 1956 Chevrolet stock car was owned by Ed Brady and driven by Jerry Leep of Wichita, Kansas.  Leep had tangled with a car driven by Pinky Mullens in the fourth turn of the Winfield racetrack during this race in 1968 with Leep's Chevy winding up against the outside guard railing.  Leep is visible here wearing the white t-shirt and sunglasses at left – I. This photo of Ed Brady’s 1956 Chevy was also taken after it had been crashed at Winfield in 1968 by Jerry Leep but the two photos were taken after different crashes on different dates – Spencer – Yarbrough VFW post 3544 collection
