Derr lead the first 111 laps before being passed by Hutcherson. Derr made his final pit stop on lap 138 while Hutcherson made his on lap 140. Hutcherson reentered the race with a lap and a half lead which he held to the end.
Lies spent much of the race in second place before dropping to third place late in the race.
