Harrison drove Dreasher’s car in this race finishing “about fifteenth”.

Blankenship lead until he was passed by both Haehn and Janey on the 12th lap.  Blankenship repassed Janey for second on the 18th lap.  Janey then dropped out on the 26th lap with a broken frame.

On the 43rd lap, Melichor suffered steering trouble and crashed into the wall in the southwest turn.

On the last lap, Stewart, Wichman, and Covert tangled in the northeast turn and they all then crashed into the outside wall.
