Dean Ring of Alva,
Oklahoma raced at Winfield, Kansas on a number of occasions in the 1950s. He won
a heat race at Winfield on Labor Day, 1952 driving this 5-window Ford coupe which
was owned by Bill Lancaster who was also from Alva. Bill Mears of Wichita, Kansas had driven this car for Lancaster in 1951 - Dean Ring collection
