Jay Woodside drove this 1940 Ford in the “Heavy Stock Car” class that was run for a short time at “77” Speedway south of Arkansas City, Kansas.  The car was built and owned by Ernie McCoy of Arkansas City – Photos above and below were taken in May of 1957 and are from the Mike McCoy collection
